ON.RCRD creates listening experiences built around a simple idea: music was meant to be experienced together.
The format began in Toronto, where our weekly listening sessions now regularly sell out. Each gathering brings people together around one complete album, heard from beginning to end.
For our first Sedona edition, we’ll gather around Hiroshi Yoshimura’s GREEN at the world renowned HUMANKIND Centre.
We’ll begin by cleansing the palate with a few minutes of sound therapy, then move into intentional listening, sharing the story and context behind the record before experiencing the album in full.
No skipping. No background noise. Just one record, one room, the vortex and a group of people giving it their attention.
Because ON.RCRD isn’t only about listening to music differently.
It’s about gathering differently.
