928 LIGHTWERK is a concert-style super dance fitness master class led by longtime Sedona-area dance instructor Sara Woolsey, combining simple guided choreography with moments of free-form movement.
This isn't an ecstatic dance and it isn't your typical fitness class.
It's a room full of people moving together, letting loose, getting sweaty, and creating one big unity group vibe.

No house or electronic dance set — expect an eclectic, rhythm-driven soundtrack with music from around the world.
Your Dance Instructor — Sara Woolsey
Sara has been teaching Zumba, hip hop, and dance fitness in the Sedona area for more than 15 years, building a local community of dancers who already know the kind of energy she brings to the room.
From the stage, Sara and her backup dancers will lead simple, accessible choreography that everyone can jump into.
Then they'll jump off the stage and into the crowd.
The guided routines will open into periods of free-form dancing, giving everyone space for their own movement and expression before coming back together as a group.
