EIR leads nearly three hours of live music and free-form movement, weaving together sacred songs invoking the four elements, Father Sky and Mother Earth, alongside mantras in Sanskrit, Spanish, and indigenous languages. The journey moves through rhythms from ceremonial chants to upbeat dance tracks, including original songs like "Wild River," "Other Side," "Wildfire," and "Awake," with moments to cruise and drop back into the body. The session closes with sound healing using singing bowls, inviting dancers to lie down and integrate the experience. EIR returns to Sedona regularly for uplifting ecstatic dance journeys that weave together live music, movement, and connection, creating a flowing, immersive soundscape that invites the community onto the floor for free-form dance and communal energy.
