Frequency Friday | Gayatri Mantra & Limitless Light with Elena

Host Mark from Sedona Quantum Consciousness welcomes yoga teacher and sound practitioner Elena for this weekly consciousness gathering. Mark introduces the BioCharger technology and discusses his practice of 9 PM Universal Prayer, a global intention-setting practice he's maintained for 20 years. The group sets collective intentions around limitless light and embodying the whole soul, then experiences a 13-minute BioCharger frequency session. Elena leads the sound bath with Gayatri Mantra—an ancient chant for embodying the light of the sun—followed by crystal singing bowls for deep relaxation and visualization of expanding inner light. Frequency Friday is a weekly consciousness gathering hosted by Sedona Quantum Consciousness at Humankind, blending guided meditation with BioCharger frequency technology and a live sound bath. Each week features a different sound practitioner leading listeners through healing instruments for a deeply relaxing, restorative journey.
