The Up Vibe with Aurora Luna Star: April Curry on Galactic Akashic Records, Loving Neutrality and Coming Home to the Body

On this episode of The Up Vibe, host Aurora Luna Star sits down with April Curry, a galactic Akashic records reader, Reiki practitioner and embodied channel based in Mount Shasta, California. April shares her origin story: a childhood visit from a translucent being, channeling for her mother at age seven without knowing it, years of being told she did not fit, and the decision at 22 to live in a camper in the woods and meditate until something arrived. Seven years later, Reiki certification blew her channel open, and her work with the Akashic records began in Maui. Together they explore how starseeds and highly sensitive people can stay sovereign during the current chaos through what April calls loving neutrality and the self-love anchor: somatic practices that build an inner universe first and let it expand outward. The conversation covers nervous system containment, why the electromagnetic field shift feels like a purge and a new operating system, walking as your own example instead of fighting old structures, and the heart as the gateway to everything.
