Cosmic-Kind | Healing Frequencies & Sonic Geometry with Sheela Rahman

Rion DeRouen and frequency scientist Sheela Rahman (Xosar) discuss healing frequencies and sound's effects on consciousness. They explore the 40 Hz gamma state accessed by Tibetan monks and its scientifically-studied effects on memory and cognitive function. Sheela shares her journey from dark techno music production to frequency science, introduces the free ToneGen app for generating pure tones, and demonstrates techniques including using weighted tuning forks on teeth to access the body's meridians. They discuss vocal toning as a way to create cellular coherence, frequencies in music production, and the control system's influence on consciousness through sound. Cosmic-Kind is a weekly show hosted by Rion DeRouen and Arcturus Ra, airing live from humankind in Sedona, exploring consciousness, technology, and hidden knowledge.
