YOU, UNLIMITED | Daniela Hartmann on Trauma, Racism, and The Grid Global

Adria Estribou pre-records an interview with Daniela Hartmann, founder and CEO of The Grid Global, who translates Adria's angel books into German. Daniela shares her background in journalism, international relations, work with the UN and UNAIDS in South Africa, and years in a Tibetan Buddhist monastery in South India and then Nepal. They discuss shared human wounds around racism and ethnic violence, how fear and trauma responses drive such behavior, and Daniela's approach to making basic mental health tools accessible through Buddhism-based practices like mindfulness, meditation, and nervous system regulation. YOU, UNLIMITED is a weekly show hosted by Adria Estribou featuring channeled transmissions and teachings from angels and galactic beings on spiritual awakening, DNA activation, and conscious evolution into the New Human.
