Frequency Friday | Ananda Das Mantra Sound Bath for the Libra New Moon

This Frequency Friday features musician Ananda Das sharing devotional mantra music and flute, including chants to Durga, Lakshmi, and Hanuman (Hanuman Chalisa) and a closing song. Mark leads an opening vocal toning practice, and Sarah sets an intention tied to the new moon in Libra, focused on harmony between inner and outer masculine and feminine energies, before the group settles into the BioCharger meditation and live sound bath, closing with a brief sharing circle. Frequency Friday is a weekly consciousness gathering created by Sedona Quantum Consciousness and hosted at Humankind, combining guided meditation, BioCharger technology, and a live sound bath with a different sound practitioner each week.
