Dawn Red Sun | BioCharger Meditation and Sound Bath for Grief Support

Hosts Sarah and Mark open with housekeeping notes and a brief explanation of the BioCharger, a Tesla-coil device they say emits frequencies from 5 to 30,000 hertz to support meditation. Sound practitioner Dawn Red Sun introduces herself and her work with singing bowls and voice, sharing an intention of acceptance and gratitude. The group sets tonight's intention as support for those grieving loved ones who have passed, runs the BioCharger on a serotonin infusion recipe during a seated meditation with vocal toning, and then moves into Dawn's live sound bath. Frequency Friday is a weekly consciousness gathering created by Sedona Quantum Consciousness and hosted at Humankind, combining guided meditation, BioCharger technology, and a live sound bath led by a different practitioner each week.
